Powell Residence

This private residence in Gold River was designed and built for renowned developers Robert and Jeanette Powell in 1994. It is located on a three-acre wooded site and includes a 5,000 s.f. main residence, a large, detached guest apartment, art studio and garage, and a separate tea house with integrated koi ponds. The site was designed to display their sculpture collection and provide large entertainment spaces.
